Palladium and Palladium Alloy Membranes

Palladium (Pd) and Pd alloy membranes are commercially available from us for hydrogen separations and purification involving relatively clean streams and requiring an ultrapure product, such as >99.99%. Our Pd and Pd alloy membranes are composed of dense metalic thin film supported on our commercial tubular ceramic substrate, in contrast to existing Pd membranes supported on porous stainless steel(SS). As a result our Pd membrane is considerably more economical than its SS supported counterpart, not to mention the Pd foil products.

Our Pd and Pd alloy membranes have been evaluated for their long erm thermal stability, thermal cycling stability and stability through cooling in the presence of hydrogen shown as follows:
